I typically provide in-person sessions as well as telehealth (video and phone sessions) for those who like to use this modality of receiving treatment. For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am providing telehealth sessions only.

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations for all services, otherwise the session fee will be charged out of pocket.

I am currently contracted with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross (exclusive to UCSB students-UCSHIP plan), Medicare, and Mental Health Network (MHN)/HealthNet to provide psychotherapy. While I am not currently an in-network provider with any other insurance panels, I do provide "Superbills" and have a biller to submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company if you would like to determine whether they may reimburse you for our sessions.
