I'm so thrilled to share with you all a course that I made through the lovely platform of Insight Timer! I designed this material as a way to succinctly, clearly, and affordably introduce Somatic Experiencing ® skills to all of those who may benefit. Please feel free to share with everyone who may like to bring this skill set into their repertoire as a means of learning to regulate and influence their nervous system responses.

The course can be purchased through the link in my linktree in my profile for $19.99, or as a free course through the Insight Timer app if you have a paid membership (which I highly recommend, I use it myself all the time). Here is a description to give you a taste of it:

This course is designed to offer you quickly accessible basic Somatic Experiencing ® tools so that you may experience the benefits of learning how to settle your nervous system throughout your day. I will walk you through these techniques with the use of brief guided experiential exercises, and will be available in the Classroom to answer any questions that you may have. These exercises will help you experience a sense of grounding and centering, learn to visually register cues of safety in your physical environment, find and increase your sense of pleasure within your body, learn to create both physical boundaries and connection, and expand your bandwidth to stay present with and find your way through difficult thoughts and sensations to experience greater peace and clarity.
