Alison Zarrow, ACSW

I completed my undergrad at Stanford University and shortly after graduating I founded and ran a start-up for the greater part of a decade. I have extensive knowledge of all things start-up related from managing teams & company culture to work life balance, relationships, anxiety, depression, self-confidence & burnout. I also have training in grief therapy.

I am here to support you.

INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY

I take a non-judgmental approach where we will openly examine issues & work to find solutions. You will learn effective tools that not only apply to the issue at hand, but also can be used when future problems arise. I use a variety of evidenced based interventions & mindfulness techniques coupled with coaching strategies to get you feeling your best self.

This is right for you if:

Are you trying to figure out your next move in life? Are you in the midst of a break up with a partner or struggling to set boundaries with loved ones? Perhaps you're contemplating whether to leave a job, but feeling overwhelmed, anxious, scared, stuck, or depressed? Maybe you're burned out, but can't place your finger on what is making you feel that way. I will help you help yourself in getting to the core of these feelings and we will work together to get you in a place where you feel like you are in the driver's seat of your own life with a clear road map of where to go.
